The Stellantis Group, which has been previously FCA and the two major car groups, will be officially announced on May 18, 2021, is officially announced by the online meeting, and the Honghai Science and Technology Group is a strategic alliance. The Stellantis Automobile Group is incorporated by the FAT Chrysler Group, and PSA Peugeot Citroen Group, and both parties accounted for 50% of shares. It is second only to Volkswagen, Toyota and Renault-Mitsubishi-Nissan Alliance, the 4th largest car group.
Honghai recently promoted the electric vehicle market, first announced the joint venture with FCA in early 2020, and then officially published MIH electric vehicle hardware and software open platform in October in the same year. And on May 14, 2021 officially signed a framework agreement with FISKER, and join hands with new electric vehicle products. This time with Stellantis’s strategic alliance is undoubtedly an important node of Honghai Group leaps to the International Automobile Stage.
