Symptom: engine fault lamp (MIL) lights up, and the engine control unit stores the fault code P0341.
Faulty: camshaft position sensor failure or related wiring harness poor contact, should focus on checking the engine wiring harness connector EM019 (FIG. 1).

Countermeasure: Please refer to the following procedure for maintenance.
(1) the failure of the vehicle to the camshaft position sensor transducer CMP normal vehicle to determine whether the failure of the sensor.

(2) starting the engine, the multimeter range modulation ldquo; 20 Vrdquo ;. The negative terminal of the multimeter is connected to the negative battery, the positive terminal pin placed on the surface of the engine wiring harness connector and slowly slide EM019. If the measured voltage significantly (FIG. 2) on the surface of the connector, the connector housing has demonstrated this phenomenon of current conduction, and CMP engine wiring harness need to be replaced.
