Just ask Audi: 9.5 billion euros sold without selling, Lamborghini is about to change the boss?

I have previously reported a Swiss investment holding group Quantum intentionally acquired Audi’s super-run brand Lamborghini, and opened 7.5 billion euros. However, the mass group denied in the first time, and said that the internal did not consider selling the brand. In the face of the position of the stand firm, the buyer seems to have not yet gave up, because the QUANTUM Group intended to increase the purchase price, the total price will reach 9.5 billion euros.

That is, Quantum is to acquire Lamborghini with an amazing price of 9.5 billion euros, and the increased amount will be used as a job opportunity, as well as follow-up investment. The proposal representative Rea Stark said that the proposal is still valid. All decisions have been carefully measured. If Audi has any willingness to negotiate communication, whether it is about investment, promise or even the purchase price, Quantum Group has been doing a good response ready.

When the public reversed the acquisition request and showed that Lamborghini is a non-selling. However, Quantum once again showed sincerity, and the public has not yet proposed follow-up response. Quantum acquisitions is not only available in the car brand itself, including the factory in Sant’Agata, the event operations … etc. Quantum also hopes to sign up for 5 years of supply contracts, as well as Co-establishing a battery R & D center with Audi, and also guarantees that there is no change in existing work within 5 years.

For Lamborghini, it is indeed a moment of rejecting the cost, not only because of the success of URUS, the blueprint of the brand in subsequent electric transformation has also been formed. It is expected that in 2023, the first non-limited e-electric hybrid system is launched, and the first pure electric car is published in 2025. In order to achieve the goal, Lamborghini will invest 1.5 billion euros in the next 4 years, further strengthen electric technology and carbon fiber light quantification technology to meet the needs of pure electricity.
