KIA Sportage recently launched a sport utility vehicle, the car uses a new type of engine, 6-speed automatic transmission, tire pressure monitoring, electric power steering and automatic parking and other new systems, in order to facilitate the readers understanding of the car, introduced in this part of the technical highlights of the car, we want to help.
First, the four-wheel drive system
Chi running-wheel drive system is equipped with electronically controlled hydraulic employed motor control, the system shown in Figure 1, the control system diagram shown in Figure 2.
1. The main element
(1) a coupler
The internal structure of the coupler shown in FIG.
The working order
of the coupler shown in FIG. Rear drive wheel drive state is input to the control unit (common functional LAN), the control unit calculates the required rear wheel drive force, the control unit drives the actuator piston is moved to transfer the operating current (DC + pump) (by the actuator hydraulic drive) to engage the clutch so as to transmit the driving force to the rear wheel.
(2) Pressure Sensor
The pressure sensor shown in Figure 5, its main role is a pressure sensing system .
Second, the vehicle electrical system
1, the communications network
(1) LAN Network Controller
[ 123]
123] 123] Chi running controller area network topology is shown in Figure [[6.
(2) the internal network
Internal network topology as shown in FIG.
2. Body Control Unit
of the vehicle body control unit (FIG. 8) performing communication with the smart junction box, built after the parking aid control unit, remote control key The receiver and buzzer. Body Control Unit control principle is shown in Figure 9.
(1) after the intermittent wiper control (INT)
① input and output signals

input, output signal as described in table 1.
② control signals
control signal waveform as shown in FIG.
(2) internal buzzer control
① input and output signals
[ 123] input, output signals are described in table 2 below.
② control signals
As illustrated in Figure 11 which controls the signal shown in FIG.
(3) interior lamp dimming control
After the key is removed the door is closed, the room lamp is lit 30 s; after the ignition switch is turned, when the door switch open (open), the maximum operating time of the lamp chamber is 20 min.
input, output signals
input, output signals as shown in Table 3 described.
(4) unlocking collisionControl
① input and output signals
input, output signals as shown in Table 4 described.
② control signals
for controlling the signal waveform shown in Fig.
(5) audio system control unit unlock signal controls (door unlock signal)
When receiving the remote key fob or passive unlock signal system the door unlock state signal is transmitted to the sound system 8 to wake up the sound system.
control signal
for controlling the signal waveform shown in Fig.
(6) headlamp control
① input and output signals
input, output signals as shown in table 5 described.
The system control theory ②
The headlamp system control diagram shown in Figure 14.
(7) the emergency brake signal system
When the emergency braking of the vehicle, in order to display the emergency brake signal back to the vehicle, the end of the emergency brake signal lamp the automatic hazard warning lights flashing.
① control signals
for controlling the signal waveform shown in Figure 15.
The system control schematic ②
The system control diagram shown in Figure 16, activation of the emergency brake signal process system shown in Figure 17.
